Florida. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School, where she earned awards for
her academic achievements in Consumer Protection and Entertainment Law Negotiations. While attending
law school, Ms.O'Donnell also worked as an Insurance Defense Law Clerk in Manhattan. Additionally,
Ms.O'Donnell also earned an internship with the Honorable Judge Ronald Zweibel of the New York
Supreme Court during her course of study.
Ms.O'Donnell concentrates her practice on Insurance Litigation in the areas of SIU (Special Investigation
Unit) claims, PIP (Personal Injury Protection) claims, Property Damage claims, Bodily Injury claims,
Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist claims, Premises Liability claims, and Breach of Contract claims, as
well as the performance of Examinations Under Oath for SIU claims, PIP claims, Property Damage
claims, and Homeowners claims.
Ms.O'Donnell is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
